By accessing or using PaidKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our invoicing and lien tracking software.

2. Service Description

PaidKit provides digital invoicing, work order detail extraction, payment chasing automated follow ups, and statutory lien deadline tracking tools designed for trade contractors.

3. Account Registration

You must maintain accurate business details, license numbers, and billing contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all work orders, customer information, and financial data uploaded to PaidKit. You grant PaidKit a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

5. Invoicing and Payment Chasing

PaidKit automates the transmission of invoices and reminder notices to your specified billing contacts. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all billed amounts and dates.

6. Statutory Lien Deadline Tracking

Lien deadline countdowns are calculated based on statutory rules and dates provided by you. PaidKit tracks statutory notice deadlines for informational purposes only.

7. No Legal Advice

PaidKit is an administrative tool and does not provide legal advice, prepare legal filings, or act as legal counsel. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance regarding lien rights.

8. Subscription and Fees

Access to PaidKit is subject to subscription terms and plan selection. Founding pilot participants receive access according to pilot terms announced for their state.

9. Intellectual Property

The PaidKit platform, logo, software design, and source code are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of PaidKit.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the service, send fraudulent invoices, upload malicious material, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost payments or missed statutory deadlines.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PaidKit for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform, with or without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing digital commercial software services.
